The application is installed on all school ipads.

How can I secure my shared content/avoid unwanted situations?

You can do this by disabling participant annotations.Some instructors have been disturbed by students annotating their slides during their lecture presentations. If you need to enable this feature for a class, please reset this setting before signing out.

To disable student annotation:

                  • In your meeting, click Security;

                  • Uncheck “Annotate on Shared Content”;
